Who we are

At Research Exchange, collaboration fuels innovation. We unite experts from molecular sciences, psychology, forensic anthropology, medical research, environmental studies, and more to build a vibrant community dedicated to advancing accessible and impactful science.

We offer personalized consultations tailored to your research and organizational needs. Our professional journal, launching in 2026, will provide a platform for cutting-edge, peer-reviewed research. Alongside this, our monthly newsletter and podcast bring stories, insights, and practical advice—designed especially for early-career researchers and engaged professionals.

Together, we break down barriers and build bridges across disciplines, empowering you to make meaningful contributions to science and society.

OUR FOUNDER

Dr. Kaylee Hinds is a forensic and biomolecular anthropologist specializing in DNA analysis, microbial activity, and molecular preservation in forensic contexts. With experience spanning fieldwork, clinical labs, and academic research, she integrates biological anthropology, forensic science, and microbiology to develop accessible, cost-effective molecular methods—especially for under-resourced and rural communities.

Her commitment goes beyond science. Dr. Hinds listens deeply—to peers, mentors, families of victims, and early-career researchers—to understand their challenges and priorities. She recognizes that barriers like financial strain, lack of mentorship, and limited access to publishing opportunities shape many scientific journeys, including her own. Having navigated these obstacles firsthand, she is passionate about creating equitable spaces where emerging scientists can thrive without sacrificing their well-being.

Through Research Exchange LLC, Dr. Hinds offers expert consulting, mentorship, and public education designed to bridge gaps between traditional methods and new molecular tools. Her mission is to foster a community where science is not only rigorous but reachable—supporting researchers and institutions alike in making meaningful, ethical, and impactful contributions.
